Municipal Election – November 4, 2025
The Charleston County Board of Elections will oversee the upcoming Folly Beach municipal election, scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

The following seats will be on the ballot:
- Mayor – currently held by Mayor Tim Goodwin
- 3 City Council – seats currently held by Councilmembers DJ Rich, Bill Farley, and Skip Fink.

- Filing Dates-Friday, August 22nd, 2025- 12:00 PM - Friday, September 5th, 2025 12:00 PM.
- Candidate Filing: Mayor $50 // City Council $25
- Election Date- Tuesday, November 4th, 2025
- Runoff- Tuesday, November 18th, 2025
