REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 02-26)
CITY OF FOLLY BEACH JANITORIAL SERVICES
The City of Folly Beach ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified and insured firms /individuals (“contractor”) for the purpose of providing janitorial services for three City-owned buildings. The selected contractor will be required to provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services as detailed in the scope of work in the RFP. The contract period will be for one year, beginning July 1st, 2026, with 3 additional annual extensions at the discretion of the City.
