The city of Folly Beach participates in the Community Ratings System. That means you get a direct discount on your flood policy. To find out more about the CRS program, visit www.crsresources.org.
In 2025, the City of Folly Beach was upgraded to a class 3 in the CRS system. That means any policy are eligible for a 35% discount. Please see the letter HERE.
