Mayor Tim Goodwin
Mayor Tim Goodwin moved to Folly Beach in 1998 and lives here with his wife Charlotte and their beloved pups, Jiggs and Lucky. He was elected to City Council in 2002 where he served two terms before being elected Mayor in 2010.
When he’s not busy at City Hall, he can be found walking the beach for endangered turtle nests, volunteering at one of the island churches, the soup kitchen, the Civic Club, the Folly Angler’s Club, Surfer’s Healing, or working for his company, C&T Services.
Or, if he’s lucky, just relaxing at the beach.
