Our dispatch center is staffed 24hours a day 7 days a week. We have 4 full time dispatchers, one of whom serves as the dispatch supervisor. We also have up to 4 part time dispatchers to supplement staffing. Our center is staffed with one or two dispatchers on duty depending on holidays or times of the year. Our dispatch handles approximately 26,000 calls for service annually.
